Banana Bread
Banana Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. shortening, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. sour cream, 1 c. mashed bananas and 2 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat oven to 325Β°.
Beat shortening and sugar together until creamy.
Add eggs, vanilla, bananas and sour cream; blend well. Sift together dry ingredients and fold into moist mixture.
Mix in chopped nuts. Bake in a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan for 1 hour.
Test middle of loaf before removing bread from oven.
If sticky to the touch, continue to bake a little longer.
