Banana Bread
Banana Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, 2/3 c. sour cream, 1/3 c. honey, 1 1/2 c. ripe bananas (mashed) and 1 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In large bowl, beat egg until light colored.
Add sour cream, honey and vanilla.
Beat again.
Mash bananas with potato masher or a fork; add to egg mixture.
Add nuts.
Sift together remaining dry ingredients.
Combine with banana mixture and blend lightly. Pour batter into a greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350Β° about 1 hour, until browned.
Cool before slicing.
