Baked Tenderloin
Baked Tenderloin is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large beef tenderloin, well skinned, 2 sticks margarine, 1 beef bouillon cube, 1 c. red wine and 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Place tenderloin in long pan and cover top and sides with softened margarine.
Bake at 400Β° for 50 minutes.
No longer! During last 20 minutes, baste with wine with bouillon cube dissolved in it.
If using mushrooms, add these at last 20 minute interval also.
Yields 8 to 10 servings.
