Baked Stuffed Fillets
Baked Stuffed Fillets is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter, 2 tbsp. chopped onion, 1/3 c. chopped celery, 1 tbsp. chopped parsley and 1/4 tsp. dried sage, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Heat oven to 375Β°.
Melt butter. Add onion and celery.
Cook until tender. Remove from heat and stir in parsley, sage, bread and cheese.
Sprinkle fillets with salt and pepper. Spoon some stuffing over each fillet. Roll up and secure with toothpick. Place in buttered, shallow baking dish. Bake 30 minutes.
While baking, prepare sauce.
