Baked Rum Peaches
Baked Rum Peaches is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 ripe peaches, 2 tbsp. chopped nuts, 4 crisp cookies, crumbled, 1/2 c. whipped cream and 2 tsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Skin peaches.
Cut them in half, remove the pit and place them cut side up in a buttered baking dish. Combine nuts, cookies, sugar and rum in a bowl.
Divide the mixture among the cavities of the peach halves.
Pour 1/3 cup water into dish and bake for about 30 minutes until peaches are tender.
Serve hot with whipped cream, if desired.
