Baked Potato Soup
Baked Potato Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. margarine, 2/3 c. flour, 7 c. milk, 4 c. baked potatoes (unpeeled), cubed and 4 green onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt margarine; stir in flour.
Slowly add milk to make a white sauce.
(I use microwave as does not scorch.)
Fry bacon and remove.
Saute onions in bacon drippings.
Add potatoes, bacon, onions, cheese, salt and pepper to heated milk mixture.
Return to microwave; heat thoroughly.
Remove; add sour cream.
Serves 4 to 6.
