Cook macaroni as directed on package.
Rinse and drain.
Melt butter.
Stir in flour, salt, pepper, mustard and paprika. When well blended, add milk slowly, stirring constantly over low heat until mixture thickens and boils.

Add drained macaroni and pour mixture into greased 2-quart baking dish. Bake in moderately hot oven at 400Β°.
