Baked Hamburgers(Main Dish) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 2 lb. ground chuck, 1 to 2 eggs, 1 to 2 pieces bread, 1/4 c. milk and 1 tsp. celery salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Mix ground chuck, eggs, bread, milk and onion into little patties about 2 inches thick.
Fry lightly in pan until slightly brown.
Transfer to medium casserole dish.
Mix celery salt, salt and pepper and dilute soup with a half can of water.
Mix together and add to casserole, covering the ground chuck.
Bake in oven for about 1 1/2 hours at 350Β°.
Makes 10 to 15 burgers, depending on size.
