Baked Fudge Pudding
Baked Fudge Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. all-purpose flour, 2 c. firmly packed brown sugar, 6 tbsp. cocoa, 2 tsp. baking powder and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Combine flour, 3/4 cup brown sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder, salt and spices in mixing bowl.
Stir in milk, melted butter and vanilla extract.
Spoon into ungreased 8-inch square pan.
Combine remaining 1 1/4 cups brown sugar with remaining 1/4 cup cocoa.
Sprinkle over batter.
Pour hot water over batter.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes.
Serve warm with whipped cream, if desired.
