Baked Fish Fillets
Baked Fish Fillets is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. dried bread or cracker crumbs, 1/8 lb. butter, 1 medium onion, 1 large can tomatoes and 2 lb. fish fillets, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Fry onion golden brown in butter.
Add crumbs and fry until mixture is browned.
Use half this mixture in bottom of buttered baking dish.
Add fillets.
Season well with salt and pepper (and a bit of oregano).
Cover with layer of drained tomatoes, then the balance of the crumbs.
Bake in 350Β° oven until fish is flaky.
