Baked Chicken Breast
Chicken breasts baked over Minute rice with cream of mushroom and cream of celery soups, sherry, celery, and mushrooms. The poster child for 1960s pantry casseroles.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Put raw rice in bottom of 9-inch casserole.
Add cream of mushroom and celery soups and sherry diluted with water.
Add diced celery and sliced mushrooms; mix.
Skin and split chicken breasts, cover with foil.
Bake in oven at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Serves 4 to 6.
