Bagels
Bagels is an easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. flour, 1 pkg. dry yeast, 3/4 c. warm water, 1 1/2 tbsp. sugar and 1 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix in small bowl water, sugar and salt.
Add in 3/4 cup flour and yeast.
Mix 1/2 minute on low, then 3 minutes on high.
Stir in the rest of the flour until it's kneadable.
Knead for 8 to 10 minutes.
Cover for 15 minutes.
Make 6 bagels.
Cover 20 minutes. Boil 1 gallon of water plus 1 tablespoon sugar.
Turn to medium. Cook bagels 7 minutes in water, half on each side.
Place on greased cookie sheets.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 375Β°.
