Aunt Helen's Stuffed Baked Potatoes
Aunt Helen'S Stuffed Baked Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with idaho baking potatoes (uniform size), hot milk, 2 tbsp. butter and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Place potatoes in a shallow pan and bake at 350° for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until done.
Cut off top of potatoes.
Scoop out and mash thoroughly.
Add hot milk, 2 tablespoons butter, salt pepper to taste.
Beat well.
Refill shells.
Return to shallow pan.
Shortly before serving time put in 450° oven to reheat for 8 to 10 minutes, unless potatoes are very cold.
In that case, 5 minutes longer.
