Asparagus Casserole
Asparagus Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. fresh asparagus, cooked and drained, 1/4 c. chopped onions, 6 tbsp. margarine, 2 tbsp. flour and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Saute onion in 4 tablespoons of margarine until soft, stir in flour and add water and cook to a boil.
Blend in asparagus, cheese and eggs.
Put in a greased casserole dish.
Cover with remaining margarine and sprinkle on cracker crumbs.
Bake 30 minutes at 350Β°.
