Asparagus Casserole
Asparagus Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 tbsp. butter, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. paprika, 1/4 c. flour and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine 4 tablespoons of oleo, salt, paprika and flour; blend until smooth.
Add milk gradually; stir until thickened.
Add soup and cheese.
Stir until cheese has melted.
Saute onion and celery in 1 tablespoon of oleo.
Add to soup mixture and add eggs. Alternate layers of asparagus and sauce in 2-quart casserole.
Top with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Serves 8 to 10.
