Applesauce Soufflé
Applesauce Soufflé is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. unsweetened thick applesauce, 1 tbsp. honey, 4 eggs, separated and 1/8 tsp. cream of tartar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 375°.
Beat egg yolks until lemony in color. Gradually add applesauce and honey.
Beat the egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff but not dry.
Gently fold applesauce mix into egg whites.
Pour into ungreased 1 1/2-quart soufflé dish or casserole dish.
Place in shallow pan of hot water.
Bake 30 minutes.
Serve at once.
Excellent with potato pancakes.
