Apple-Topped Tortillas is an easy dinner. Made with 4 large green or red apples, cored and chopped, 1/2 c. orange juice, 1/3 c. brown sugar, 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon and 4 (6-inch) fat-free flour tortillas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 400Β°.
In large saucepan, combine apples, juice, sugar, and cinnamon; cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until apples are tender and mixture is thick, 10-15 minutes.
Set aside.
Place tortillas on large baking sheet.
Bake until crisp and lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
Let cool; top with apple mixture.
