Apple Raisin Loaves
Apple Raisin Loaves is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 1/4 c. vegetable oil, 1/4 c. water, 2 c. chopped, unpared apples and 1 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Heat oven to 350Β°.
Grease and flour 2 loaf pans (9 x 5 x 3-inch) or 3 smaller loaf pans.
In a large bowl, beat eggs, oil, apples, sugar, and vanilla on low speed, scraping bowl occasionally, 1 minute.
Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and cloves.
Beat on low speed, scraping bowl occasionally until moistened, about 1 minute.
Then beat on medium speed 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
Stir in nuts and raisins.
Spread in pans.
Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. (Allow 55 to 60 minutes for larger loaves and approximately 45 minutes for smaller loaves.)
Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans. Cool on wire rack.
