Antipasto Salad
Antipasto Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 head lettuce, diced, 1 each: green and red bell pepper, diced, 1 bunch green onions, diced, 1/2 zucchini, diced and 8 to 10 pepperoncini, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Dice all vegetables fairly small into large bowl.
Add mozzarella, salami, olives and pepperoncini (with a couple of ounces of juice from pepperoncini, adds extra zing!).
Toss everything and add dressing to taste.
