Made with 1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and halved, 1/4 lb. genoa salami, sliced thin and cut 1/4-inch strips, 1/2 c. pitted ripe olives, sliced, 1/4 c. parmesan cheese and 1/4 c. olive oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In 4-quart bowl, combine artichoke hearts, salami, olives and Parmesan cheese.
Add olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt and pepper.
