Annette's Potato Salad
Annette'S Potato Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 12 potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch slices, 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped, 1 small onion, chopped and 2 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In large pot, boil 6 cups water.
Add potatoes and cook 20 to 25 minutes.
Drain water and cool for 15 minutes.
In large bowl, add remaining ingredients with potatoes and toss gently.
Add additional mayonnaise, if needed, and refrigerate.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
