Ann's Twice-Baked Potatoes
Ann'S Twice-Baked Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 4 large baking potatoes, 2 large celery stalks, finely chopped, 1 medium onion, finely chopped, margarine and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Scrub potatoes and cover with margarine.
Bake on cookie sheet until tender with fork.
Remove potatoes and cut oval shape on bottom of each one.
Scoop out all potatoes into bowl, scraping out as much as possible.
Add onions, celery, 1 to 1 1/2 sticks margarine, salt and pepper to potato mixture.
Combine well and pile mixture into potato shells.
Bake again on cookie sheet for 30 minutes at 400Β°.
