Angie's Potato Salad
Angie'S Potato Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 lb. irish potatoes, 6 boiled eggs, chopped, 2 tsp. celery seed, 2 tbsp. mustard and salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Peel, cube and boil potatoes until cooked but firm.
Drain potatoes and put in a large bowl with chopped eggs.
Add celery seed, mustard, pickle relish, mayonnaise and sliced green olives (drained), saving some to garnish the top.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Stir and pour into serving bowl.
Garnish the top with sliced green olives and paprika.
Serves 12 people.
