Angel Food Cake

Sift flour and powdered sugar together

In a large bowl, beat egg whites (at room temperature), cream of tartar and salt until foamy

Sprinkle flour-sugar mixture 1/4 cup at a time over meringue, folding in gently just until flour mixture disappears
Push batter into ungreased Bundt pan and gently cut through batter
Bake 35 to 40 minutes until top springs back when touched with finger
