Angel Food Cake
Angel Food Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. egg whites, 1 tsp. cream of tartar, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. flour and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Preheat oven to 300Β°.
Rinse tube pan in cold water and invert while mixing cake.
Beat egg whites.
When they begin to foam, add cream of tartar.
Continue beating until stiff. With wooden spoon, fold in sugar, then flour to which salt has been added. Add vanilla and pour in an ungreased tube pan. Bake the middle of oven approximately 45 minutes or until done.
Let cool in inverted pan.
