Cream the cheese.

Yolks and blend very well. Cut butter into the flour until the particles are fine.

Add the cream cheese mixture to the flour mixture and mix well. Roll into a ball and refrigerate for 1 hour.

(I leave overnight, covered well, then get up and bake cookies in a clean kitchen!) Roll the dough out on a very lightly floured surface to the size of a cookie sheet and cut out small rounds with cutter.

Lay the rounds on a cookie sheet.

Your thumb the center of each round and fill the depression with apricot jam.

Use small amounts and do it neatly it will overflow and burn.

Bake at 400Β° for about 15 minutes.

Dust with confectioners sugar when cool.
