Almond Chicken Salad
Almond Chicken Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 1/2 cup slivered, blanched almonds, 1 cup lite italian dressing, 1/4 cup mayonnaise and 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Marinate chicken breast at least 1 hour, but preferably overnight in 3/4 cup of the Italian dressing.
Cook chicken in oven approximately 45 minutes.
Chop coarsely.
Mix chicken with almonds, remaining dressing, mayonnaise, celery, red pepper, green onions, and garlic.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
