Zucchini Squash Cake

In a large mixing bowl beat eggs and sugar until light colored.
Add 1 cup vegetable oil. Beat until blended.
A separate bowl sift flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and soda.
Add dry ingredients to egg mixture and beat 2 minutes. Stir in crushed pineapple, well drained, and walnuts, vanilla and zucchini (zucchini squeezed in paper towel).
Thoroughly. Pour batter into well-greased floured
10-inch tube pan. Bake in preheated oven at 350Β° for about 1 hour and 20 minutes or until cake tests done.
