Zucchini Spice Bread
Zucchini Spice Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. pillsbury nut bread mix, 1 zucchini, shredded (do not peel), 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 tsp. cinnamon and 1/2 tsp. cloves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Grease and flour bottom of loaf pan.
Beat oil, egg and milk together.
Add dry ingredients; mix well.
Do not beat.
Fold in nuts and zucchini.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 to 60 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool 15 minutes.
Remove from pan; cool before cutting.
Refrigerate leftovers.
Freezes well.
