Heat oven to 350Β°. Beat egg, oil and both sugars until well blended.
In separate bowl, combine flour and next 4 ingredients.
Stir into egg mixture.
Add oatmeal, zucchini and mix well.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on nonstick cookie sheet, 2-inches apart.
Bake 12 minutes or until golden.
