Zucchini-Mushroom Frittata
Zucchini-Mushroom Frittata is an moderately easy dinner. Saute vegetables in oil until zucchini is crisp and tender. Sprinkle in garlic powder.
Cool slightly.
Beat eggs with cream; add cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, bread cubes, salt, pepper and sauteed vegetables.
Mix well.
Pour into well greased 9-inch glass deep dish pie plate.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 to 60 minutes or until set in center.
Cool for 10 minutes.
