Zucchini Italian Style is an easy dinner. Made with 1 medium onion, sliced, 4 tbsp. margarine, 62 slices zucchini (1/4-inch thick), 1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes with juice and 1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cook onion slowly in margarine until golden.
