Zucchini in Dill Sauce
Zucchini In Dill Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. zucchini, unpeeled and cut into strips, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. water, 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In saucepan, combine zucchini, onion, water, salt, bouillon granules and dill weed.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer, covered, 5 minutes.
Add butter, sugar and lemon juice.
Remove from heat.
Blend flour into sour cream; add to zucchini mixture and return to heat.
Stir and cook until thickened and bubbly.
