Zucchini Crabmeat Quiche
Zucchini Crabmeat Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. crescent dinner rolls, 3 medium zucchini, sliced, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper and 1 medium jar sliced mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Form rolls into crust.
Saute zucchini and mushrooms in butter.
Add crabmeat, drained and washed.
Beat eggs adding garlic, salt, dill weed and pepper.
Pour over zucchini mixture in pie shell.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 325Β° for 45 to 50 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
