Zucchini Casserole
Zucchini Casserole is an impressive dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 52 minutes. Made with medium zucchini, water, juice of 1 lemon, . boiled ham and . chopped parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Wash zucchini and cut off ends.
Cut into 1/4-inch slices. Place slices in saucepan and cover with water.
Add lemon juice and bring to boil.
Lower heat and simmer for 1 minute.
Drain. Combine with ham that is cut into strips.
Add parsley, nuts, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Spread into buttered pan.
In bowl, combine half and half, eggs and cheese.
Mix and pour over zucchini.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
Serves 4.
