Cut zucchini lengthwise and remove seeds.
Peel and dice. Cook sausage and onion; drain off fat.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Place in greased 2-quart casserole.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in 350Β° oven or until zucchini is tender.
