Zucchini Cake
Zucchini Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. baking soda and 3/4 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, nutmeg, cloves and salt; set aside.
In a large bowl, beat sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla and zucchini until sugar dissolves.
Stir in flour mixture until well blended.
Pour in a greased and floured tube cake pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes or until done.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
Turn on cake rack until cold.
May be served with whipped cream.
