Zucchini Bread
Zucchini Bread is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 2/3 c. sugar, 2/3 c. shortening, 3 c. shredded zucchini (about 2 medium), 2/3 c. water and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Grease bottom of two loaf pans (9 x 5 x 3-inch) or 3 loaf pans (8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch).
Mix sugar and shortening in 2 1/2-quart bowl.
Stir in zucchini, water and eggs. Mix in flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, cloves, vanilla and baking powder.
Stir in nuts and raisins.
Pour into pans.
Bake until wooden picks inserted comes out clean.
Bake 60 or 70 minutes.
If you don't have zucchini, you can use pumpkin and fix the same way.
