Zucchini Bread
Zucchini Bread is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/3 c. margarine, 1/2 to 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1/3 c. water and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In a large bowl, mash the margarine with the back of a fork. Mix in the sugar.
Add the eggs, water and vanilla and stir until the batter is smooth.
Stir in the zucchini, walnuts and raisins. In a medium size bowl, combine the flours, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Add the flour mixture to the zucchini mixture and fold the 2 mixtures together gently. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
Bake for about 1 hour at 350Β°.
