Zucchini Bread

Beat eggs by hand until foamy, gradually add oil and sugar, add zucchini, cinnamon, salt, soda and baking powder; mix well. Gradually blend in flour, mixing well after every addition.
Fold in walnuts.
Divide batter into 2 loaf pans, greased and floured. Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
