Zucchini and Ham Scallop
Zucchini And Ham Scallop is an moderately easy dinner. Pare zucchini, dice and cook 7 minutes.
Drain thoroughly (1 1/2 cups).
Fork beat egg, combine egg, soup and milk.
Add diced ham, onion, drained zucchini and 3/4 cup Pepperidge Farm stuff mix; toss lightly.
Turn into oiled 10 x 6 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish. Combine the remaining 1/4 cup stuffing mix, oil and cheese; sprinkle over top of dish.
Bake uncovered at 350Β° about 1 hour.
