Cook ziti and drain.
Brown meat; stir in sauce and parsley. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
Combine Ricotta, Mozzarella, egg, salt and pepper; mix well.
In a large deep casserole or crock-pot, put a layer of sauce first, then alternate layers of ziti, cheese and sauce, ending with sauce. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake in oven at 350Β° for 40 minutes or in a crock-pot at medium setting for about 4 hours.
