Sift flour.

Add flour and 1/3 of the milk.

Continue beating for 30 seconds. Gradually add remaining milk.

Put 4 tablespoons drippings into pan, 7 1/2 x 12 x 2-inch.

Pour in batter.

Bake at 425Β° for 40 to 45 minutes.

Serve at once.
