Yorkshire Pudding
Yorkshire Pudding is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 eggs, 1 c. milk and 4 tbsp. roast beef drippings, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Sift flour.
Add salt and sift.
Beat eggs until light.
Add flour and 1/3 of the milk.
Continue beating for 30 seconds. Gradually add remaining milk.
Beat for 1 to 2 minutes.
Put 4 tablespoons drippings into pan, 7 1/2 x 12 x 2-inch.
Pour in batter.
Bake at 425Β° for 40 to 45 minutes.
Serve at once.
An accompaniment for roast beef.
