Yogurt
Yogurt is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 gal. milk, 2 tbsp. gelatin, 1/2 c. cold water, 2 tbsp. vanilla and 6 tbsp. plain yogurt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
👨🍳 Instructions
Heat milk to 190°.
Soak gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water; add to milk when it reaches 190°.
Cool to 130°.
Add vanilla, yogurt and sugar.
Beat until smooth; cover and put in oven with just the pilot overnight or like 5 hours, until set.
Take out and beat well again, then cool.
Pie filling, red raspberry and grape are very delicious added.
