Yogurt
Yogurt is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 qt. milk, 1 rounded tbsp. unflavored gelatin, 1/2 c. cold water, 4 tbsp. yogurt and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Heat the milk to 190°; remove from heat.
Dissolve the gelatin in the cold water; stir into hot milk.
Let cool down to 130°, then add the yogurt, sugar, vanilla and jello (dissolve jello in a little water).
Take eggbeater and beat well.
Pour into jars and set in a warm place for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
Chill in fridge or cold place before serving.
Makes about 4 1/2 quarts.
