Yellow Squash Casserole
Yellow Squash Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 6 medium size squash, small onion, chopped, 1 can mushroom soup, 1 small carton sour cream and enough cracker crumbs and grated cheese to cover the top of the casserole, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Scrape squash and cut into slices.
Cook with chopped onion in small amount of water 10 to 15 minutes, drain and add soup and sour cream, mix well.
Put into buttered 2 quart casserole dish, cover with cracker crumbs and grated cheese.
Bake 30 minutes at 350Β°.
