Yeast Rolls(Feather Light)
Yeast Rolls(Feather Light) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. hot water, 1 whole egg, 1/4 c. oil, 1/3 c. sugar and 3 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Put all ingredients except yeast in mixing bowl; reserve 1 cup of flour (use this to roll out rolls).
Beat smooth; add yeast mixture.
Let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
Dump roll dough out over 1 cup of flour and knead smooth.
Roll out rolls 1/2 inch thick.
Cut out with cookie cutter.
Place on greased pan and let rise until doubled in size.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 20 minutes. Brush rolls with melted butter as soon as they come out of the oven.
