Yeast Rolls
Yeast Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. warm water, 7 c. plain flour, 1 c. wesson or crisco oil, 2 1/2 oz. yeast and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Sprinkle yeast over warm water.
Set aside.
Mix flour, sugar, salt and dry milk together.
Add oil to water, being sure yeast is dissolved.
Add dry ingredients to liquid, mixing until it pulls away from sides of bowl or pan.
Knead well and let rise until almost doubled in bulk.
Punch down and let rise again.
Roll out to desired thickness; cut with biscuit cutter or shape rolls by hand.
Place on greased bread pan and let rise.
Bake at 400Β° until golden brown.
This makes about 8 dozen rolls.
You may make part of dough into loaves.
Bake in loaf pans.
Spread with fresh butter.
