Yeast Rolls
Yeast Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. hot water, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 c. sugar, 8 tbsp. cooking oil and 1 pkg. dry yeast, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine hot water, salt, sugar and oil.
Cool to lukewarm. Add beaten eggs.
Dissolve yeast in the 2 tablespoons warm water and add to the first mixture.
Stir in enough flour to mix well; beat well and then add enough flour until dough is easy to handle. Turn on floured board and knead.
Place in a bowl; allow to rise until dough has doubled in bulk.
Make into rolls.
Brush with melted butter.
Let rise in a warm place.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 400Β°.
