Yeast Bread
Yeast Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. dry yeast, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 c. warm water, 1 egg and 3/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Stir together the first 3 ingredients and set aside.
In big bowl, beat egg, sugar, butter, salt and milk.
Mix well and add first mixture to the second.
Add flour and stir with a wooden spoon.
Add enough flour so the dough won't stick to your hands.
Turn out on floured surface and knead well, about 8 to 10 minutes.
Put in buttered bowl and let rise.
Put in pans and let rise again.
Bake in a 400° oven for 10 minutes, then turn oven down to 350° for 20 minutes.
Makes 18 rolls or 2 (16 ounce) loaves.
